Esta es una de las recetas que promociona el excelente chef inglés Jamie Olivier en su canal cocina de Youtube. Jaimie Olivier promociona la cocina saludable con recetas sencillas de realizar. En su canal Youtube contribuyen muchas personas con sus video-recetas. Esta receta es de un jovencísimo cocinero, Donal Skehan, que prepara una facilísima receta y de verdad que está muy buena. Yo no he puesto queso parmesano y he utilizado tomates pera en lugar de tomates cherry. Os recomiendo que veais el vídeo porque Donal le pone tanto entusiasmo a su receta que anima a cualquiera a prepararla. El resultado merece la pena!

In his Youtube channel Jaime promotes many cookers with their video-recipes. This recipe is from a very young cook, Donal Skehan, who prepares a snap recipe and it indeed very good. I have not added parmesan cheese and I used plum tomatoes instead of cherry tomatoes. I recommend that you see the video because Donal shows his recipe so enthusiastically that encourages anyone to do it. The result is worth it!

 


Spaghettis with roasted garlic

 

Receta

Ingredientes:
(Para dos personas)

    Pasta para espaguetis
    3 tomates pera
    2 cebollas rojas
    1 cabeza de ajos
    Hojas de albahaca
    Sal y pimienta
    Vinagre de Módena
    Aceite de oliva virgen extra

Recipe

Ingredients:
(For two persons)

    Pasta spaghetti
    3 plum tomatoes
    2 red onions
    1 head of garlic
    Basil leaves
    Vinegar Modena
    Salt and pepper
    Extra virgin olive oil

Directions:

  1. Put olive oil into a roasting pan. Cut the tomatoes into slices an inch thick, place them in the tray. Peel the onions and cut into strips. Put the onion over the tomatoes. Cut a piece of the head of garlic to roast well. Add some salt and pepper and a few drops of vinegar. Bake at 180°C for 30 minutes.
  2. Boil the pasta in plenty of water with a little salt. When the spaghetti are al dente, drain.
  3. When the garlic is golden, normally the tomatoes and onions are roasted. Smash with a fork. Remove the skin of the garlic cloves and smash with a fork too. Mix the garlic pure them with the tomatoes and onions. Add the spaguetti and mix to blend all the flavors. Sprinkle with chopped basil leaves.
