When you have guests at home it is not always necessary to make a complicated dessert to end a meal. Here you have this very simple fruit dessert that is prepared at a time and is refreshing and delicious. Maple syrup is a Canadian typical product that adds a special sweet touch to desserts. It has an aroma and taste difficult to describe but I love it. You can use it to perfume crepes or pancakes, ice cream or fruit salads.
