I wanted to make tomato rice, so I prepared this recipe with a new product of the brand Bjorg which is a mixture of organic grains for a quick-cooking. I’ve prepared it with crayfish but it is an option, since rice was just too good and it can be an interesting vegetarian dish or a side dish. It’s an easy recipe that is prepared in a short time.
Do not add salt to the rice because dry tomatoes and bouillon bring the right salty touch.
